Sustainable approach

The biggest carbon impact during the fabric production process is due to the energy used to transform the raw materials. With our Higg Index approach, we have been able to quantify the carbon footprint for 1 kg of  fabric, including the full supply chain (Texturizing, Spinning, Warping, Weaving and Finishing).

Based on Unitex study concerning the carbon emissions of textileindustry, we have a clear comparison with similar products that allows to build this scale, particularly depending of production location.

The low carbon impact of France energy production, direct distribution within factories vertically integrated from fiber to finishing, including weaving process, allow to guarantee the lowest emissions possible.

Every fiber has its own defaults for environmental impact, of course, using petrochemicals fibers, effects exist. That's why we are working our yarns and fabrics in the idea of increasing their durability. Because the carbon footprint is not limited to the production of fabrics, but also to the whole product life cycle. Our goal : produce a fabric that will never end in a landfill.
